| Procurement Specialist | Bachelor's (Engineering preferred); MBA or BBA in Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Operations Management or related discipline (MBA preferred; BBA candidates considered based on relevant experience) | 30-35 | Overall 4-5 years in relevant function | Supplier sourcing and evaluation; strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Hands-on with ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously and efficiently. |
