Issuer: Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (MoE&PT), Government of Pakistan, Islamabad. Purpose: Invitation for pre-qualification/enlistment of well-reputed suppliers, firms and vendors registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the financial year 2026-27.
Eligibility: Vendors must be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement on EPADS, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the FBR. Vendors should be stationed in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Scope of pre-qualification: The Ministry seeks vendors for the following repair, maintenance and related services:

| 5 | Purchase and repair/maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, IT servers, etc.) |
| 6 | Purchase and repair/maintenance of machinery & equipment (photocopiers, fax machines, air conditioners, electric geysers, brackets/pedestals, exhaust fans, etc.) |
| 7 | Purchase and repair/maintenance of furniture & fixtures |
| 8 | Repair/maintenance of office buildings |
| 9 | Vehicle rental / rent a car services |
How to apply: Electronic proposals (e-Bids) must be submitted only through EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk). Bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS, the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk) and the Ministry website (www.mofept.gov.pk). Interested suppliers/firms/vendors must submit their e-Bids on or before 2026-07-21 by 10:00 a.m. E-bids will be opened on the same date at 10:30 a.m.
