National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners to deliver a free High-Tech IT training programme with international certifications under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.
Program focus: deliver industry-aligned IT training with international certifications through partner institutes/academies and software houses across listed trades.

Eligibility & partner requirements (summary):
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes / software houses preferred; principal/vendor partner (academies/institutes) arrangements accepted.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in international certifications under Batch II will not be entertained.
