LESCO Tender Notice – Safe Loading, Transport, Erection & Backfilling Works (EP-47 to EP-51)

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). Competitive tenders are invited for safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, erection, excavation, complete earthing and backfilling works for HT/LT PCC spun poles and HT steel structures for various LESCO construction divisions. Estimated cost for each tender: Rs. 4.5 million.

Key Tender Instructions:

- Eligibility: Contractors must be registered with PEC and have their PEC registration renewed for 2026-27 with applicable specialization codes (e.g., EE-04, EE-05 or as required for the works). Bidders must also comply with PRA/FBR registration and tax requirements.

- Procedure & Selection: Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Selection technique: Least Cost Based Selection. Procurement shall be governed by PPRA rules.

- Earnest Money: An original bid security of Rs. 100,000 in favor of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO (in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank) must be uploaded on EPADS and submitted as specified before the bid submission deadline. Bids without required bid security will not be considered.

- Performance Security: Successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance security of the tender amount.
