Important conditions:
- Bid security: 4% of the total estimated cost must be submitted in the shape of CDR / Pay Order / Bank Draft of any scheduled bank in favour of District Police Officer, Pakpattan.
- Performance security: Successful bidder shall deposit a Performance Security @ 5% of the total contract value in the form of Call Deposit after award of contract.
- Envelope must be marked in bold letters as "Financial Proposal" along with proof of uploading on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
- Rates must remain valid for the financial year 2026-27 under the framework contract; bids shall remain in custody until opening as per the procedure.
- Firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and relevant regulatory authorities to participate.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
