Prequalification of Vendors & General Order Suppliers — DGPR Punjab (E-Bids FY 2026-27)

Directorate General Public Relations (DGPR), Government of the Punjab, Lahore invites pre-qualification of vendors / general order suppliers / firms through E-Bids for the Financial Year 2026-2027 under Rule 16 of PPRA Rules, 2014.

Eligibility & Requirements: Interested firms must have an active Sales Tax Registration Number (STN), National Tax Number (NTN), PSTN and Professional Tax registration. Firms should be registered with the Accountant General Punjab (AG Punjab), Lahore or other relevant government departments as applicable.

Bid Submission & Platform: All bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System (EPADS). Complete e-bids must be submitted on EPADS only (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) by the specified deadline. Bids submitted through any other means will not be accepted.

Opening: Pre-qualification opening will take place in the Conference Hall of DGPR, Punjab, Lahore in the presence of the Official Scrutiny Committee and representatives of firms, conducted through the e-procurement portal.

Reference & Response Calculation: The PPRA website listing (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx) will be the reference; response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
