Health & Population Dept, Punjab Invites E-Bids for Courier and Daycare Services – Deadline 2026-08-05

Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab invites e-bids from eligible bidders for procurement of services (Courier and Daycare) for the financial year 2026-27. Prospective bidders must quote competitive prices in PKR and comply with the bidding documents and Punjab Procurement Rules.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available free of cost on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Health & Population Department website (https://pshealthpunjab.gov.pk/).

Submission method: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/). Bidding will be conducted on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).

Important notes: Ensure timely upload on the new e-procurement portal well before the deadline. All assessments, receiving, opening and awarding of contracts will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules.
