Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners to deliver free High-Tech IT training with international certifications under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.
Purpose: Select NAVTTC-registered institutes/academies or vendor partners to run international certification-aligned IT training programs across multiple high-demand trades. Only institutions meeting NAVTTC eligibility and quality requirements will be entertained.

Eligibility & mandatory requirements (summary):
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes/academies or vendor partners will be entertained.
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes and software houses are preferred as training partners.
- Provision and operation of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory at training locations.
- Principal / Vendor partner model: academies/institutes to act as Principal or Vendor Partner.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in international certification delivery in Batch-II will not be entertained.
Notes: Training is offered free to participants and includes international certifications through NAVTTC's official partners. Interested parties must apply online at the stated NSIS portal before the extended deadline.
