LESCO Tender Notices EP-47 to EP-51 for Pole and HT Structure Works – Closing 2026-07-23

Project Director, Construction Circle, Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed bids for five separate works packages (EP-47 to EP-51) for safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, erection, excavation, complete earthing and backfilling of HT/LT PCC spun poles and HT steel structures across various LESCO construction divisions. Estimated cost for each tender is PKR 4.5 million.

Eligibility: Contractors/firms must be registered with PEC (renewed for 2026-27) with relevant specialization codes (as applicable), registered with FBR/PRAs and on the active taxpayers list. Bidders must upload documentary evidence of registration, PEC specialization, tax status and relevant past experience (work orders/contracts) via EPADS V2.0.

Bidding documents & submission: Tender documents, terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS V2.0. Original bid security of PKR 100,000 in favor of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO (in the form of CDR, pay order or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank) must be submitted to the office of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO, 132 kV Grid Station F-Block, LDA Avenue-I, Lahore before the bid submission deadline. Bids without bid security will not be considered. A performance security equal to 10% of the tender amount will be required from the successful bidder.

Bid deadline and opening: Last date/time for submission: 2026-07-23 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-07-23 at 12:00 PM under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure (Least Cost Based Selection). Bid opening will take place on EPADS V2.0.

Conditions: Procurement will be governed by applicable PPRA rules. LESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason.
