National Highway Authority (NHA) — Central Zone invites e-Bids from eligible contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR), holding a valid PEC license for the financial year 2025-26 in the categories/specializations shown against each package.
Purpose: Rehabilitation and construction of additional carriageway on Faisalabad–Pindi Bhattian Motorway (M-4) and improvement/upgradation of road from Lodhran to Multan (N-5). Bidding documents are available for download from the NHA website from 2026-07-10. Prospective bidders must follow the website for any addenda. E-Bids must be submitted by the deadline below; technical bids will be opened on the same day.
