| Minimum Qualifications | Either a member of a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CA/ACCA) OR a Second-Class Master’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Management), with qualifications recognized by the Higher Education Commission where applicable. |
| Minimum Experience | At least seven (07) years' post-qualification experience in the relevant field. For professional accountants this should include experience at a responsible position equivalent to GP-17 or above in government/semigovernment/autonomous body or in a reputable firm; equivalent managerial experience required for non-professional degree holders. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age: 55 years (including any general age relaxation) |
| Remuneration | As admissible to OPF Grade-18 (contract basis) |
