Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecom, invites applications for senior leadership roles to drive Pakistan's IT and e-services skills development and marketing initiatives. Interested candidates must meet the stated educational and experience criteria and apply by the closing date below.

| Chief Skills Development Officer (CSDO) | 56 years (Max) | Minimum 16 years of education; degree in ICT / Business / Education Leadership / Management Sciences / Public Policy or related discipline. Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience are encouraged. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification progressive leadership experience in IT workforce development, skills training or workforce development. Experience in higher education, government liaison, strategic planning and managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects preferred. Experience securing and managing high-impact funded projects (e.g., PSDP, donor-funded) and familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity) and workforce trends is desirable. |
| Director Marketing & Branding | 56 years (Max) | Minimum 16 years of education; degree in Marketing / Communications / Branding / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Media Studies / Mass Communication / Public Relations / Strategic Communication or related field. Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized university/institution. | Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, branding or strategic communications at senior or progressively responsible levels. Proven experience in planning and executing marketing and branding initiatives including digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, PR, events and vendor/agency management. Knowledge of digital marketing tools/analytics and familiarity with CRM/social scheduling tools is an advantage. |
