PIDCL Tender: Supply & Fixing Electric Poles and Park Lighting in Karachi (Bids due 2026-07-29)

PIDCL invites sealed/electronic bids for multiple civil/electrical works (supply & fixing of electric poles and lights, and paving works) at parks and localities in Karachi. Prospective bidders must obtain bidding documents online via https://eprocure.gov.pk by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 (pay order / CDR payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited and indicating the Contractor’s Firm name).

Key submission requirements:

• Bid submission: Electronically through E-PADS 2.0 (https://eprocure.gov.pk). No alternative submission methods accepted.
• Bid security: Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited. A scanned copy of bid security and tender fee must be uploaded in E-PADS 2.0; original Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee and E-Stamp Paper are to be delivered in separate envelopes to the Office of The General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Ext. Block Gizri, Karachi, before bid submission time.
• Bidders who have carried out PIDCL works must provide Performance Certificate(s) from relevant PIDCL offices; bidders without prior PIDCL work must submit a Non-Applicable Certificate.
• Bids not accompanied by required instrument(s) will be rejected as non-responsive. Late delivery of original bid security/tender fee will also render the bid non-responsive.
