Issuer: Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (M/o FE&PT), Government of Pakistan, Islamabad. Purpose: Pre-qualification/enlistment of well-reputed suppliers, firms and vendors registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement on the e-PAk Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for repair, maintenance and related services during the financial year 2026-27.

Eligibility & requirements: Firms must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS, have relevant experience, be registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and be an Active Taxpayer List (ATL) entry of FBR. Bidding documents, terms, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk), PPRA (www.ppra.gov.pk) and the Ministry website (www.mofept.gov.pk).
Submission instructions: Interested suppliers/firms/vendors must submit e-bids via EPADS only. Deadline for submission is 2026-07-21 by 10:00 AM; e-bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. M/o FE&PT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under PPRA rules 2004 as amended.
