Tender: Outsourcing of Shops at Cadet College Okara – Shoe, Tailor & Canteen/Fruit-Juice

Office of the Principal, Cadet College Okara invites sealed bids/proposals from reputable contractors/firms registered with the Punjab Sales Tax & Income Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue with experience of completing one or two similar projects for outsourcing of the following college shops for a period of one year (extendable as per PPRA rules) on satisfactory performance.

Key Instructions and Terms

- Each item is treated as a separate contract. Bidders must submit a separate bid for each item they intend to bid for. Bidding will follow single-stage, single-envelope procedure as per Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

- Tender documents must reach the Office of the Principal, Cadet College Okara by 2026-07-23 at 10:30 AM. The bidding/opening process will commence the same day at 11:00 AM; bidders or their authorized representatives are requested to attend.

- Bid security (as shown above) must be attached with each bid. Additionally, successful bidders must deposit a 10% Performance Guarantee (equal to one month’s rent/advance) in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order before start of work.

- Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. The college reserves the right to reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
