University of Okara invites sealed bids from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C‑6 or above for work under PSDP New Scheme (SR#415) "Development of University of Okara". Bidding documents are available free of cost and may be downloaded from the Punjab PPRA and Punjab e‑Procurement System websites.

Eligibility: Firms registered with PEC for the year 2026‑2027, Category C‑6 or above.
Procurement procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope in accordance with Clause 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids and proposals as per PPRA rules. All bids must be submitted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System to be eligible.
Submission deadline: Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e‑Procurement System on or before 2026‑10‑15 by 02:30 PM. Proposals downloaded from the e‑Procurement system will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM on the Punjab e‑Procurement System and physically at the Committee Room, University of Okara.
Bid security: To be submitted digitally through the Punjab e‑Procurement System as specified in the bidding documents. Bid validity and other conditions apply as per the bidding documents and PPRA rules.
