Tender: Supply of Dietary Articles (Free Meal) — Police Training School Sargodha (FY 2026-27)

Police Training School, Sargodha invites electronic bids (E-Bids) for the purchase/provision of dietary articles for the Mess of PTS Sargodha under a Framework Contract for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or their authorized agents/dealers/distributors registered with relevant authorities and tax departments may submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key Conditions & Submission Details

- E-Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-20 by 11:00 AM (Punjab e-Procurement System).
- E-Bid opening: 2026-07-20 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives under PPRA Rule 30(1).
- All procurements will be made electronically via the e-Procurement System under Rule 12 of PPRA and relevant Punjab electronic procurement regulations.

- Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted before e-bid submission deadline in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft in favor of SP PTS Sargodha as per Rule 27 of PPRA 2014.
- On acceptance of a tender, the successful bidder shall deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value in the name of SP PTS Sargodha as per PPRA Rules 2014.

- Tender documents, specifications and other conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website prior to closing. The e-Procurement portal link referenced: http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (view tender page).

- Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other required documents must accompany the Technical Bid. Taxes will be deducted as per Government rules. E-Bid validity is until the close of the Financial Year: 2027-06-30.
- Repeat order shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement under applicable rules. Late/completed bids will not be allowed to participate.
