Office of The General Manager (Engineering), Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDC) invites sealed bids for multiple civil works packages in Liaqatabad Town and adjacent areas of Central District, Karachi. Works include providing and laying CC tuff pavers, RCC sewerage lines, supply & laying pipelines, development/rehabilitation of pumping stations, street lights, and related civil/electrical works. Bids are solicited from contractors holding the required PEC categories.
Important bid instructions
- Bidding documents are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ and can be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDC) in the form of Pay Order / CDR (mentioning the Contractor’s Firm name).
- Bid security must be provided in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee mentioning the bidder’s name in favour of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited. Scanned copy of bid security and tender fee shall be uploaded on E-PADs 2.0; the original shall be delivered before bid submission time to the office specified below.
- All bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS 2.0. No alternative submission methods are acceptable. Late or un-accompanied bids will be rejected. PIDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
