Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir, Information Technology Board invites sealed bids from reputable IT firms/companies for a turnkey contract covering procurement of IT and non-IT equipment, network equipment, installation and operationalization for the project titled "Establishment of IT Excellence Centers & IT Parks in Remaining Districts (Mirpur, Kotli, Haveli, Sudhnoti & Jhelum Valley) of AJ&K" at prescribed locations in five districts.

All other terms and conditions will follow AJ&K Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per AJ&K PPRA procedures.
