Port Qasim Authority (PQA) invites proposals under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure (Rule 36(b), Public Procurement Rules 2004) using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method for Engineering/Consultancy Services for Assessment of various PQA buildings.
