Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3 Islamabad (Federal Directorate of Education) invites pre-qualification applications through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from original manufacturers, authorized distributors/dealers, reputed service providers and general order suppliers/firms duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR for provision of event support, equipment hiring and allied services during Financial Year 2026–27 in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended).

| Provision of Firms (Pre-Qualification) | Provision of tentage services, sound system, IT equipment on rental basis, machinery & equipment on rental basis, audio/visual equipment, and refreshment/catering services for official meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and other institutional events as and when required. |
Eligibility & Important Conditions:
- Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.
- Pre-qualification documents including eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, scope of services and terms & conditions are available on EPADS and PPRA websites and may be obtained from the college office during office hours.
- Bid security is not required at the pre-qualification stage; it shall be obtained, if applicable, from pre-qualified firms at the time of inviting financial bids/tenders.
- Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended).
