HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids – Supply of Air Conditioners, LED Displays, AI Camera, Multimedia System & 10 KVA Inverter (Abbottabad)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites National Competitive Bidding (NCB) e-bids for supply of items on Free Carrier Store (FCS) basis to consignee store. Bidders must apply online via the E-PADS portal and comply with PPRA rules. Original bid security and any samples required must be submitted as instructed.

How to apply
Submit e-bids only through the E-PADS portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Interested bidders must register on the EPADS portal before submission.

Bid security & submission of originals
Bid security must be made in the name of “Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited Abbottabad” as specified in bidding documents. The original bid security must be delivered to the Office of Manager (Supply Chain Management), HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the closing time. A scanned copy of bid security must also be uploaded with the e-bid; failure to provide the original and scanned copy as required will render the bid non-responsive.

Other conditions
Tenders will be opened on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the opening date. Samples or brochures, where required, must be submitted before the closing time. Conditional, partial, incomplete bids or non-submission of original bid security will be rejected. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 33(1).
