Tender: Outsourcing of College Shops at Cadet College Okara — Bids Due 2026-07-23

Office of the Principal, Cadet College Okara invites sealed bids/proposals from reputable contractors/firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must have experience of completing at least two similar projects. Contracts are for outsourcing specified college shops for one year (extendable per Punjab Procurement Rules) through open competitive bidding.

How to apply and key conditions:

- Submit a separate sealed bid for each shop (each item counted separately) under single-stage one-envelope procedure as per Rule 38(1) Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

- Tender documents must reach the Office of the Principal, Cadet College Okara by 2026-07-23 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.

- Attach bid security equal to the amount shown above (Rs. 50,000 for each item) as CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of Principal Cadet College Okara (equivalent to 5% of estimated cost as applicable).

- Successful bidder must deposit a 10% Performance Guarantee (equal to one month’s rent) in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order before start of work.

- Tender documents with specifications and terms may be downloaded from the PPRA website or the College website. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

- The college administration reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time before acceptance under Rule 36 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
