Issuer: Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3, Islamabad (Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Federal Directorate of Education).
Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for provision of event support, equipment rental and allied services during Financial Year 2026-27 in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Eligibility / Requirements:
- Original manufacturers, authorized distributors/dealers, reputed service providers and general order suppliers/firms.
- Firms must be duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
- Firms must have established business offices/workshops in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
Submission & Schedule:
- Submit Pre-Qualification Applications electronically via EPADS.
- Submission deadline: on or before 2026-07-20 up to 11:00 AM (PST).
- Applications will be opened on 2026-07-20 at 11:30 AM (PST) in the office of the Principal, Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3, Islamabad, in the presence of applicants or their duly authorized representatives who wish to attend.
Additional Notes:
- Detailed pre-qualification documents including eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, scope of services and terms & conditions are available on EPADS and may also be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours.
- Only firms on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR shall be eligible to participate.
- Bid security is not required at the pre-qualification stage; it shall be obtained, if applicable, from pre-qualified firms at the time of inviting financial bids/tenders.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended).
