NHA Invitation to e-Bids — 75 Routine Maintenance Works (Gwadar, Makran Region)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Balochistan West – Makran Region, Gwadar. NHA invites e-Bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List, and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the required categories, for 75 routine maintenance work packages on N-10 (Makran/N-10 corridor).

Scope: 75 separate routine maintenance works (grouped as 43, 18 and 14 packages) with a completion period of 12 months and a defect liability period of 6 months. Each package has an individual contract number and engineer’s estimate; PEC category required is generally C-5 & above (see package details on the NHA e-bidding portal).

Procurement & Submission: Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure. Bidding documents (method of procurement, detailed terms & conditions) are available on the NHA website for download free of cost from 2026-07-16. All bids must be submitted online via the NHA e-bidding portal.

Deadlines: Bids must reach the address/portal on or before 2026-07-23 before 11:00 Hours. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-07-23 at 11:30 Hours.
