Tender: Outsourcing of Canteen, Tailor & Shoe Shops — Cadet College Okara

Office of the Principal, Cadet College Okara invites sealed bids/proposals from reputable contractors/firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and with experience of completion of at least two similar projects for outsourcing the following college shops for a period of one year (extendable as per Punjab Procurement Rules).

Key submission & eligibility details

- Tender documents must reach the Office of the Principal, Cadet College Okara by 10:30 AM on 2026-07-23. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders.

- Bid security: Rs. 50,000 for each lot (Demand Draft / Pay Order to be attached; note also refers to 5% of estimated cost as bid security requirement).

- Eligibility: Firms must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR), and have experience of completing at least two similar projects.

- Performance guarantee: Successful bidder must deposit 10% performance guarantee (equal to one month’s rent) in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order before start of work.

- Tender documents, specifications and detailed terms & conditions may be downloaded from the PPRA website or the College website.

- Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. The college administration reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
