E-Tender: Revamping & Upgradation of Halls and Art Gallery, Lahore Art Council

Issuing Authority: Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab — 5th Buildings Division, Lahore.

Purpose: E-tenders are invited for the revamping and upgradation of halls and the Art Gallery of Lahore Art Council. Bidding is through the Punjab EPADS e-procurement system. Only contractors/firms registered with PEC for the current financial year in category C-4 or above with specialization code CE10 or EE04 are eligible. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Key procurement instructions: Interested bidders must register on EPADS (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk or http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/NewTender.aspx). Tender documents, terms and conditions and bid submission are available on EPADS. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Cashier's Cheque from a scheduled bank; the original instrument must be produced to the Executive Engineer, 5th Buildings Division Lahore / Tender Opening Committee on or before the bid closing time. Conditional tenders or bids not accompanied by earnest money will be rejected. The procuring agency may accept or reject bids as per PPRA rules.
