Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders under Tender Ref: TENDERS/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27. Bid submission deadline: 24 July 2026 at 11:00 hrs. Bid opening: 24 July 2026 at 11:30 hrs. Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure will be used as per PPRA Rules 2004 clause 36(b). Key submission & eligibility requirements:
- Procedure: Single Stage Two-Envelope; submit two separately sealed envelopes clearly marked "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal". Tenders will be submitted and opened through E-PAQS (E-Pads) Version 2.0.
- PEC: Contractor must have valid PEC registration renewal for 2025-26 under the category shown against each tender.
- Financial & legal documents: Tax returns and financial documents as required in tender documents (e.g., audited accounts) and current bank statements as specified in the tender must be provided.
- Earnest Money: Original bid security for 120 days in the shape of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan @ 2% of BOQ cost must be supplied with the technical bid. The successful bidder will submit performance security equal to 10% of contract price in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR/Bank Guarantee after issuance of LOI.
- Other conditions include: attach active registration certificates, PST (where applicable), company profile and evidence of similar work experience (grid station/transmission line) for the last five years, authority letter on Rs.100 judicial stamp paper for representatives collecting tender documents, no cutting/overwriting in tender documents, and rates to be filled in figures and words.
