PIDCL Invitation of Bids — CC Tuff Paver Works Across Karachi (Multiple Packages)

Issuer: Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan. PIDCL invites bids (Single Stage One Envelope method) through the E-PADS 2.0 electronic procurement system for multiple contract packages for providing and fixing CC tuff paver in different streets across various neighbourhoods of Karachi.

Scope: Multiple civil works packages for supply and installation of CC tuff pavers in areas including (but not limited to) Gulshan-e-Jamal, Kazimabad, Model Colony, Korangi, Shah Faisal, Malir and other Karachi localities. Each package is a separate contract with its own estimated cost, bid security and PEC category requirement.

Eligibility & qualification: Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the required category (C-4 / C-5 as specified per package). Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal (E-PADS 2.0) and comply with tender document requirements.

Fees & bid security: Bidding documents are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 (pay order / CDR in favour of PIDCL). Bid security must be provided in the form of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (amounts vary by package and are specified in the tender documents).

Submission & opening: All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 system. Scanned copies of bid security and required documents must be uploaded as instructed; original instruments (pay order/CDR) and any required originals must be delivered to the Office of The General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, 6th Floor, Extension Block, Bahria Complex IV, Gizri, Karachi as specified in the tender documents prior to bid submission/closing. Bids will be opened electronically on the dates and times specified per package in the tender documents.
