District Council Gujrat – Invitation to E-Bids for Street, Drain, Nullah and Road Works (FY 2026–27)

The Office of the District Council Gujrat invites e-bids through the ePADS portal from eligible, reputable and financially sound firms/contractors/companies registered on ePADS and with applicable tax registrations (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, Professional Tax where applicable) and PEC registration in relevant categories. Procurement will follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for development works under the Current Financial Year Budget 2026–27.

Key submission details and requirements:

- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost (as shown above) in the form required by the tender rules.

- Submission method: E-bids must be submitted online via the ePADS portal. Original CDR (bid security) must be submitted in original to the Office of Infrastructure & Services, District Council Gujrat by the deadline.

- Eligibility: Firms must be registered on ePADS, enlisted with relevant departments, hold applicable tax registrations (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, Professional Tax where applicable) and PEC registration in relevant category codes.

- Procurement procedure: Single Stage Single Envelope.
