KMU (ORIC) Tender: Procurement for Research Projects — Consumables, Chemicals & Adult ACLS Manikins

KMU Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC), Khyber Medical University, Peshawar invites electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized importers and authorized dealers for procurement of supplies for research projects. Bids must be submitted via the E-APADS (e-Procurement) system.

Key instructions and deadlines

- Submission method: Electronic submission only through E-APADS (E-Procurement / Acquisition & Disposal System).

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-27 at 11:00 AM (submitted via E-APADS).

- Bid opening: 2026-07-27 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-08 at 11:00 AM (venue: Office of Director ORIC, KMU) — prospective bidders should attend for clarifications.

- Bid security: 2% of the quoted bid value in the shape of a CDR in favor of Director ORIC, KMU. Electronic upload via E-APADS is required; original CDR must be delivered per instructions before bid opening.

- Eligibility & compliance: Bidders must be eligible manufacturers, authorized importers or authorized dealers and must be registered with applicable tax authorities (Federal Board of Revenue, KPRA, and Excise Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as applicable). The single-stage two-envelope procedure will be followed.

- Documents & details: Tender documents, specifications and additional terms and conditions are available on the E-APADS portal and KMU website. Only bids submitted on E-APADS will be considered.
