Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (MoFE&PT), Islamabad (F. No. 1-2/2026-27 (G&P)) invites proposals for pre-qualification/enlistment of well-reputed suppliers, firms and vendors registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Firms should be situated/able to operate in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and will provide repair, maintenance and related services during the financial year 2026-27.

Submission and bidding information: All proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS. Bidding documents, specifications and other requirements are available on EPADS, the PPRA website and the Ministry's website (MoFE&PT). Interested suppliers/firms/vendors must submit their e-bids on or before 2026-07-21 by 10:00 a.m.; e-bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. MoFE&PT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under PPRA rules 2004 (amended).
