Municipal Committee Choa Saiden Shah invites e-bids from eligible contractors/firms/companies registered on e-PAIS, FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with active filer status (NTN & PNTN) for the following development works. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 2026-07-21 up to 11:25 AM. Bid opening will take place the same day at 11:55 AM via e-PAIS. Single-stage, one-envelope procedure will be adopted.

Key conditions:
- Submission method: Electronic submission via e-PAIS only. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted except for Bid Security where specified.
- Eligibility: Registered on e-PAIS, FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority; active filer status (NTN & PNTN).
- Bid Security: 5% of estimated cost (as shown above) to be submitted in the shape of CDR / Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker's Cheque. Insurance bonds will not be accepted.
- Bids must be quoted in figures and words, properly signed and stamped. Percentage-based bids (%) shall not be accepted where item-wise rates are required.
- Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
