PIDCL Tender Notice – Multiple Road, Sewerage, Pumping Station and Electrical Works in Liaquatabad & Nazimabad (Karachi)

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) invites sealed/electronic bids for multiple civil, sewerage, pipeline, pumping station and electrical works in Liaquatabad and Nazimabad Towns (District Central-II), Karachi. Prospective bidders may obtain bidding documents online and must follow E-PADS 2.0 submission procedures. A non-refundable tender fee and bid security are required as specified for each package.

How to obtain documents and submit: Bidding documents are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk. A tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- is payable in the name of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL). Bid security must be furnished in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (mentioning name of the Contractor’s Firm and in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited). Scanned copy of bid security and the tender fee must be uploaded on E-PADS. Original pay order/CDR/bank guarantee and scanned copy shall be delivered to the employer’s address before bid submission time. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 system; hard copies are not acceptable.

Bid submission and opening: Submission and opening for the listed packages are scheduled on 2026-07-29 (submission times and opening times shown per package).
