GEPCO Tenders PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27 – Grid Station, CCTV & Transmission Line Works

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed bids for civil, electrical and installation works under TENDERS/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27. Bidders must meet PEC registration, financial and experience requirements and submit bids electronically via E-Pads (version 2.0) and as required in the tender documents.

Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-24 11:00 Hrs.   Bid opening: 2026-07-24 11:30 Hrs.

Who may participate – Contractors with valid PEC registration renewal for 2025-26 under the relevant PEC categories (as listed in the tender) and meeting financial and experience criteria. Requirements include:

• Average annual turnover with FBR tax returns as per BOQ requirements for the last two years (verified by certified auditor).
• Current bank statement from date of tender publication to bid opening showing required balance (as specified in tender).
• Proof of experience: up to two valid work orders of similar nature with cumulative cost equal to or more than 100% of BOQ amount and work completion certificates within the last five years.
• For Joint Ventures, joint bank account, joint active NTN registration, and agreement on judicial stamp paper (Rs. 3,000) attested by Notary Public are required.

Earnest Money / Bid Security: Original bid security valid for 120 days in the shape of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan equal to 2% of BOQ cost must be attached with the technical bid. The successful bidder will submit performance security (10%) in the form required by the tender documents.

Other conditions: Contractors must attach active registration certificates (PRA/PST), company profile, NTN, and other supporting documents. Authority letter should be furnished on 100-rupee judicial stamp paper. Cutting/overwriting is not allowed. Tender rates must be filled in figures and words and signed. Tender documents will be opened through E-Pads (version 2.0).
