The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the Federal Election Academy and other offices of the Election Commission of Pakistan at H-11/4, Islamabad. Funds have been reserved under the Deposit Work planned for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
