Issuer: Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (Mo FE&PT), Government of Pakistan. The Ministry invites proposals for pre-qualification/enlistment of reputed suppliers, firms and vendors registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPDAS). Prospective firms must be registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and be stationed in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Purpose: Pre-qualification/enlistment for repair, maintenance, purchase and service contracts required during the financial year 2026-27.

How to apply / Bid submission:
Bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions, specifications and eligibility requirements are available on the EPDAS/e-procurement portal and PPRA and the Ministry websites (as published). Interested suppliers/firms/vendors must submit their e-bids through the e-procurement system (EPDAS) on or before the stated deadline. Electronic proposals will not be entertained except through the required e-procurement portal.
Important dates: E-bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-21 by 10:00 a.m.; bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m.
Right to reject: Mo FE&PT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers in accordance with PPRA rules 2004 as amended from time to time.
