Public Notice: Legal Heirs of Late Mst. Jamila Begum for Plot No.7, Nisar Road, Lahore Cantt

Military Estates Officer, Lahore Circle issues notice declaring the following persons as the legal heirs of the deceased Mst. Jamila Begum (wife of Main Akbar Yasin). The deceased is recorded to have died on 2011-03-08. A Court Judgment dated 2014-06-16 and an Affidavit dated 2016-05-06 recognize the succession. The lessee interest relates to Plot No. 7, Survey No. 3067/7 (part), measuring 1067.50 sq. yards, located on Nisar Road, Lahore Cantt.

Any person having an objection to this inheritance must submit it in writing to the Military Estates Officer, Lahore Circle within 15 days of the publication of this notice. If no objection is received within that period, the mutation of leasehold rights for the above plot will be processed in favour of the named legal heirs and no further claims will be entertained.
