Public E-Auction: Parking Areas at Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan (FY 2026–27)

Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan invites interested individuals, firms or companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in an e-auction for the parking areas of the hospital for a period of one year.

Eligibility & how to apply

Interested parties must be registered with relevant authorities and register on the e-Auction Portal. Applications and participation will be processed through the e-Auction Portal (details and auction document/terms & conditions available on the e-Auction Portal and the college website). Hard copies of applications are not required for initial registration on the portal.

Earnest money / security

Registered applicants are required to furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price (stated example: Rs.2,618,000/-) by Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Demand Draft (DD) / Pay Order (PO) or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan and in favour of Principal, SZMC/SZH, Rahim Yar Khan. The original shall be submitted to the office of Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital within ten (10) days of announcement of evaluation results as required in the auction procedure.

Other important information

The successful applicant will be responsible for parking management for all types of vehicles entering Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan, including collection of parking charges, security and orderly management.
