CDA Public Notice: Plot Allotment Lottery for Affected Islamabad Residents under Approved Framework 2023

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Deputy Commissioner’s Office, announces a lottery-based allotment of plots to affected persons of Islamabad under the Approved Framework 2023 for residential sectors 13-D, 13-E and 13-F. The draw will be held for the localities named in the notice.

Affected persons must submit applications with required documents to the Deputy Commissioner CDA by 2026-07-15. Only lands whose share division has been completed by the Collector ICT in accordance with the Land Sharing Policy 2007 and applications that have completed re-verification as per record, policy and rules will be considered.
