Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (MoFE&PT), Islamabad invites proposals for pre-qualification/enlistment of well-reputed suppliers/firms/vendors for repair, maintenance, purchase and related services for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms must be registered for e-procurement on EPADS and comply with tax registration requirements.

Eligibility & Registration: Firms/suppliers must be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), have relevant experience, be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Firms should be stationed in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
How to Apply / Bid Submission: Interested suppliers/firms/vendors must submit electronic bids (e-Bids) only through EPADS. Bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions and specifications are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk) and the Ministry website (www.mofept.gov.pk).
Deadline & Opening: Submit e-Bids on or before 2026-07-21 by 10:00 a.m. e-Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m.
