FGEHA Invitation to E-Bids – Rehabilitation, CCTV, Flood Lights & E-Fencing at Lifestyle Residency G-13/1, Islamabad

Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Directorate of Technical (10-Mauve Area, G-10/4), Islamabad invites e-bids through the E-PADS/PPRA platform for the project “Rehabilitation/Construction of Boundary Wall, Installation of CCTV Cameras, Flood Lights and E-Fencing at Lifestyle Residency Apartments G-13/1, Islamabad.” Single-stage, single-envelope (SSOE) bidding is invited from firms/companies/contractors meeting the eligibility criteria below.

Minimum Eligibility & Submission Requirements

• Bid security of Rs. 400,000 as CDR in favor of the Project Director (Lifestyle Residency Apartments G-13).
• Proof of at least four (4) similar nature contracts in the last three years (minimum contract value Rs. 15 million each), with at least two works in civil and two in electrical categories (LOA/Work Order & Completion Certificate).
• Electrical experience specifically related to installation of CCTV cameras, flood lights and e-fencing.
• Valid PEC registration through 2026-06-30 in Category C-6 or above with relevant codes (C-EO, EE02 & EE11).
• Affidavit on stamp paper (minimum Rs. 100) stating the firm is not blacklisted by any Government/Department/Organization at time of bid submission.
• Scanned proposals and supporting documents must be uploaded via E-PADS as per NIT instructions. A hard copy of the proposal and the original CDR must also be submitted to the tender opening committee before the e-bid submission deadline; failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Important Notes

• FGEHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
• Submission of fake documents will result in disqualification, forfeiture of CDR and possible blacklisting and legal action; bank verification of receipts/CDRs will be undertaken.
• All applicable federal/provincial taxes must be included in the bid prices.
• Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the project site to assess conditions.
