MTI-MMC Mardan Invitation to Bid for Outsourcing of Security Services

The Hospital Director, Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan Medical Complex (MMC) invites sealed bids via EPADS for the outsourcing of security services. Bid solicitation documents and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and www.mmckp.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered with Income/Sales Tax and KP Revenue Authority (KPRA) and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-09 at 10:00 AM in the Administration Block conference room. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 2026-07-17 at 11:00 AM; technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A bid security of Rs.1,000,000 (original CDR/DD/Pay Order/Banker’s cheque) in favour of Hospital Director MTI-MMC Mardan is required. Hand/post/courier/email submissions will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
