Tender: Supply of Fuel, Electrical and Miscellaneous Items for Central Jail Haripur (EPADS/KPPRA)

Superintendent, Central Jail Haripur invites e-tenders from firms registered with KPPRA/EPADS for supply of fuel, electrical items and other miscellaneous stores for fiscal year 2026. Registered contractors must submit bids online via EPADS/eProcure; original 2% CDR (bid security) must be delivered to the office of Central Jail Haripur before the closing time. Bids will be received on EPADS until 2026-07-20 11:30 and will be opened online the same day at 12:00.

Successful bidders will sign a contract and must furnish a 5% performance guarantee. Supplies will be accepted after inspection and satisfactory report; substandard supplies may be purchased at contractor’s risk, and failure may lead to blacklisting and forfeiture of security. Bidders must hold required registrations (FBR, KPPRA and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Authority as applicable). Preference will be given to contractors with three years’ experience in cooked food supply. Delivery to be made at Central Jail Haripur receiving gate.
