Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training Pre-Qualification Notice for Suppliers – Islamabad (2026-27)

Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (M/o FE&PT), Government of Pakistan, invites e-bids for pre-qualification/enlistment of reputable suppliers/firms/vendors for repair, maintenance, purchase and related services for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Firms should be stationed in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

Submission method and deadlines:

• Only electronic proposals submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) will be entertained. Bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available on EPADS (www.epprocure.gov.pk), the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk) and the Ministry website (www.mofept.gov.pk). Interested firms must submit e-bids on or before 2026-07-21 by 10:00 a.m. E-bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. M/o FE&PT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under PPRA Rules 2004 as amended.
