Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department (C&W), Building Division-II Peshawar invites E-PADs (single stage single envelope) from approved contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for FY 2026-27 and having renewed KPRA registration. Bidding documents must be downloaded from the E-PADS portal and complete solicitation documents from the C&W website. Electronic bids will be submitted through the E-PADS system.
