Tender: Outsourcing of Shops at Cadet College Okara – Shoe, Tailor, Canteen (Bid Due 2026-07-23)

Cadet College Okara invites sealed bids/proposals from reputable contractors/firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must have experience of completing at least two similar projects. Contracts are for outsourcing the listed shops for an initial period of one year, extendable under PPRA rules based on satisfactory performance. Bids will be accepted through a single-stage, one-envelope open bidding process.

Key Instructions:

- Separate bids must be submitted for each item (each lot) under the single-stage one-envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

- Tender documents must reach the Office of the Principal, Cadet College Okara by 23-07-2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

- Tender documents, terms & conditions, and other details are available for download from the PPRA website or the college website.

- A Performance Guarantee of 10% (equivalent to one month’s rent) must be deposited before commencement of work in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order. Bid security must be submitted in the prescribed form (CDR / Demand Draft).

- The College administration reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
