The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the role of Segment Head — Integrated Risk Management (Risk Management Group). Senior leadership role based in Lahore responsible for implementation and oversight of Basel and enterprise risk frameworks, regulatory reporting, stress testing and risk model reviews.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise implementation of Basel framework across the bank.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of quarterly CAR & LR to the regulator and recommend appropriate levels.
  • Timely and accurate submission of LCR, NSFR, monitoring tools and stress testing outputs.
  • Develop documents including ICAAP, Recovery Plan, Contingency Funding Plan and Recovery & Resolution Plans.
  • Review IFRS 9 models (including PD, LGD, EAD, CCR models).
  • Review/renew Bank’s Risk Appetite Framework, Risk Adjusted Pricing Models, ERM SOPs and policies.
  • Drive automation and integration of risk management functions and conduct UATs for Basel/IFRS engines and treasury systems.
Eligibility & Qualifications
  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or foreign university.
  • Age: Up to 55 years (as of 2026-07-17).
  • Experience: Minimum 9 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
