Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Supervise monthly progress of repair of distribution transformers of all capacities and control administration of Transformer Reclamation (Distribution) Workshop.
- Ensure quality repair of distribution transformers and manage main store of the workshop.
- Inspect materials required for repair; handle billing/recoveries related to transformer repairs; pursue business expansion with corporate entities.
- Propose improvements to repair quality; maintain good client liaison and handle disposal of dismantled material.
- Must be result-oriented, highly organized and motivated with excellent analytical, writing, communication, technical and interpersonal skills.
Quota: Open merit with regional/provincial quota.
