Key terms of reference and responsibilities include support in development and execution of the company’s HR strategy; leading organizational restructuring, workforce optimization and HR transformation; managing industrial relations and collective bargaining; designing compensation, benefits and reward frameworks; establishing talent management, leadership development and succession planning; improving performance management and HR policies; developing SOPs to ensure compliance with labor laws and public sector governance; and serving as strategic advisor to the CEO/MD and Board on human capital, culture and change management.
